“Beyond Words: Navigating Human Interactions through TA.” co-authored by Associate Professor Jessica Leong

Associate Professor Jessica Leong has co-authored a book, “Beyond Words: Navigating Human Interactions through TA.” The book applies the framework of Transactional Analysis (TA), a branch of social psychology, to help readers understand personality, master communication, uncover adverse childhood experiences, navigate stress, distinguish effective from ineffective problem-solving, nurture relationships through positive interactions, and break free from unproductive patterns of behavior.

The book was launched by the Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Member of Parliament for Holland-Bukit Timah GRC (Ulu Pandan) on 10 January 2026.
